- Process/Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

- If You are a data subject from the European Economic Area, Our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described above will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the specific context in which We collect it.

- We shall not be responsible for any Personal Data of Users that is not directly collected by Us. For Personal Data of Users that are collected by Vendors on their website, that Vendor is the Controller of such Personal Data. For any data privacy questions related to the Personal Data shared with the Vendor, the Users need to directly contact such Vendor. We are not responsible for Vendor’s privacy or security practices or the data retention period which may be different from this Policy. Vendors are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements, or other obligations, relating to the collection of Personal Data from the Users.
- If You publish Content on the Platform, it will be publicly available on and off the Website. If You leave a review on the Platform or participate on a discussion board, Your review(s) or comments will be publicly available on and off of the Website. Submitting Content is entirely voluntary.
- When You log on to Platform using the online sign-on services, the social network platform may provide Us with access to certain information that You have provided them, the collection, use, and disclosure of Your Personal Data by these social networks shall be governed by the policies of such social networks and We shall have no liability or responsibility over their actions.
